Policies

Cancellation:  We ask that you notify the salon 24 hours prior to your appointment for cancellation.  If 24 hours notice is not given, a convenience charge may apply. 

 

Walk-ins:  Walk-ins are welcome, however, if you request a specific stylist it may require an appointment.

 

Product Return Policy:  Hair products may be exchanged for any other product or an in store credit. Product must be returned within 2 weeks and must be 3/4 full.
